My Story
My name is Kailer, I am 23 years old, and I started Kailer’s High End Detailing because I genuinely love working on vehicles and seeing the transformation that comes from professional detailing.
I have autism and verbal apraxia, which means communication and speech can sometimes be difficult for me. I believe in being honest and transparent with my customers. When people meet me, they may notice that I communicate differently, and I never want that to come across the wrong way. I simply process and communicate in my own way.
Detailing became something I could fully focus on and take pride in because I genuinely enjoy transforming vehicles and helping customers feel proud of their car again. I also value building strong relationships, creating a trusted network, and being able to grow a business while staying true to who I am.
I worked with my uncle at Leung’s Auto, continued building my detailing skills in West Edmonton, and trained with Owner’s Pride Detailing School in St. Albert. Because the detailing industry is largely unregulated, I also joined the IDA so customers know I am serious about professionalism, continued learning, and industry standards.
I built this business to prove that dedication, attention to detail, professionalism, and honesty matter more than fitting into a stereotype.
